These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Maxtec Ltd and the purchase of our products, including the AeroBeat Pro wireless speaker. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we dispatch the Products, at which point a binding contract is formed. Until then, we may decline an order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.
For pre-orders, you may be asked to provide your contact details to reserve a product. Estimated shipping dates are indicative and may change due to manufacturing or logistics. We will keep you informed of any material changes. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch at no cost.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged will be the one in effect at the moment your order is placed.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the relevant amount for your order.
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the Products without giving any reason, going beyond the minimum required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will refund the original purchase price (and standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
Our Products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK and EU law.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the MAXTEC brand — is owned by or licensed to Maxtec Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
