At Maxtec Ltd we want you to be delighted with your AeroBeat Pro. This Refund Policy explains your right to cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund. It applies in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched at no cost. To cancel, contact us using the details below, quoting your order number. If you have already paid, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us clearly (by email or phone) within the 30-day period.
After notifying us, you must return the product to us within 14 days. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all accessories. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
We will refund the full purchase price (and the standard delivery cost you paid) within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made to the original payment method. If the product is returned damaged or incomplete through no fault of our own, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Express or premium delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs) at no charge to you. Where possible, please include photos of the issue.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed, or to products made to your custom specifications. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods.
Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the product documentation. This is in addition to your statutory rights. For warranty claims, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
